as i wrote back in 2023 “a human that just walks around and wanders through forests explores, very determined to do something when he says so.” he likes axolotls cave houses and dark oak but HATES potatoes!.
backstory
sushi originated from another universe (i think? idk i probably retconed that like 20+ times but who gaf im reading the og google doc rn). he had no memories of anything before puberty (cause i sure as hell was not writing a proper backstory!). he was stuck in like a orphanage with his best friend azie(idk why tf she was named after a continent) these two where like the best of buddies although he did know azie was like changing his memories and shit with her powers.(i didnt even do anything with this, why did i write this down?), these two than got into an argument leading to like azie making sushi think she killed everyone? (again idfk what i was on back in 2023) scared he like ran away and accidentally ended up in another universe named the Kingdom of the Gods.
story

“A Cheesy Start In The New Land”
in this new universe the first thing he hears is a new illness has been discovered named the plague(the official name is “the cheese touche” but i dont think that name has aura). his savior complex lead to him not thinking and immediately looking for this disease cause everyone knows the normal 16 year old boy can cure an illness that’s claimed to kill kingdoms! well surprise surprise he FAILS and gets stuck inside the plague cave, in here he gets found by the god of fire resistence who understandably is mad at this idiot. although not mad enough to kill him for some reason.
hes banned from leaving this cave forever until hes cured but to not make his life any more of an hell hes allowed to have a bed and diary(im not writing those 30 pages i have for that in here) also potatoes. giving him any of those things was a mistake cause the plague controlled him and made him some how escaped from the cave and forced a plague potato down the throat of a local baker named Sophie. instead of killing him they again spare him and just lock him back up in the cave this time surrounding it with a bedrock box.
after some time he was given something to not be miserable. something incredibly important! a painting of Mariah Carey given to him by none other than the god of luck. the god of luck was probably the only god that didn’t hate him right at that moment. the plague seemed to not really be controlling him much anymore but he still was in constant pain and misery. no signs of any progress on the cure too!
apparently the plague inside him manifested into its own being and thoughts(how? isnt the plague just like a copy of the thing from tlou) which lead to sushi coming up with the idea of getting a new body to put his mind in so he wouldn’t be infected anymore! this plan works but his dumbass forgot that also meant his old body would remain fully controlled by the plague. a bunch of edgy shit happens after that and eventually the plague got cured by the god of wither and everyone is happy!
(nvm these titles suck and im skiping the next entire arc sorgy!)
potato society
after being cured of the plague he made a cool farmer town to run away from his crimes and make it so he cant get arrested! this town was named potato society ironic since he hates potatoes. this town actually somehow grew to the second biggest town and that was awesome! uhh than he died got killed and stuff :( (but no worries cause young me was not actually killing a character and just brought him back as an undead thing)
while he was dead his memory just became even worse and he forgot everything basically becoming a oblivious thing for everything. great timing to be pulled on trial in front of the gods for all the shit he did back in plague era! on trial at Olympus he somehow without a lawyer just talked his way out of it? even when the gods read his diary detailing his crimes. so his like 67 times death sentence turned into a life long community service.
that was a relief! what made it even better is that he never did this community service like ever at all and was never punished for this.
revival
being dead kinda sucks yk? so like he accidentally summoned azie cause they’re like soul inked or something (it will make sense later dw). she revives him and they’re no longer angry at each other hooray! (i think they actually had like some thing becoming friends again but its not in the lore doc :() now back from the dead he was thriving and stuff!! uhhh stuff happened i think? and he gets invited to like the evil group or some edgy stuf named exiled by the evil leader void abyss! lets just say this group was pretty evil
evil arc
now in the evil group he also gets adopted by void abyss so now he has a father hooray! he also becomes the best of buddy’s with samuel nook shadows abyss i think?? and like the evil team goes back into the plague cave to find some of sushis old shit tuff way and stuff. in here they find that some of void abyss had fused with the plague creating what they called void infected plague also known as VIP. they start experimenting with it and decide to use it for evil stuff and somehow they convince the god of wither to let them use the old quarantine zone from the plague era for it. due to this a handful of people willingly signed up to join the testing program of something “life changing”.
in here he adopts someone named Jilo!!! horayy !! yipee!!! and uhh he meets some random dude named lorenzo actually no he doesn’t meet him he knew him form when he infected Sophie but i lowk forgot to mention that! and these two fall in love cause we needed that in the lore! he also like gets his own ocean monument which was high key aura(let me find a pic rq)
night wasted!
so after we all forgot to continue the void infected plague lore he got invited to a new town called Nightwasted by non other than his son Jilo! this town is pretty epic thats all i can really say and some pretty epic stuff happen in this town, too bad sushi doesnt get to see any of this cause he gets angry at azie and leaves her in that town completely ignoring his sons existence and isolating himself in his ocean monument!! haha L aura blud over here!
eventually he comes back to the town cause some purple orb named mustard pie was turning azie evil or something who cares and uhh everything is happy now! no dw hes still ignoring his sons existence !
thats all i could bother writing this is only like 20-25% of all the actual lore from 2023 but who cares.
